JavaOne - 2007

I'm going to JavaOne next week. Hopefully, this blog can capture some notes and experiences. At first, I was hesitant to even create a Blog. In fact, this is the first blog I've ever written. Welcome to Web 2.0...

My hesitation is this...last year the company I work for sent a few guys to JavaOne. They raved about the experience but this one guy, I'll call "DeviousBard" to hide his identity, created a blog on JavaOne. Unfortunately, he did such an excellent job reporting on the conference, that I'm doomed for failure trying to match his blog. Therefore, we'll see what happens. I guess I'll start by setting a goal to report on the conference while lowering the standard for future attendees needing to blog.
