As I noted in a first blog, I've never done this before. I'll do my best. However, attempting to juggle the difficulties of finding a network connection, finding time, and keeping battery life on my laptop has already proven difficult. Our hotel charges $15 a day for Internet connection so we are "un-plugging" outside the conference hours. I think the city has free wireless but it doesn't quite reach the 19th floor. The conference is from roughly 9 AM to 11 PM. My battery lasts about 2 1/2 hours. Finding a plug in this building with the over abundance of geeks with laptops facing the same predicament is as difficult as finding a "hottie". I've never seen so many propeller-head geeks in all my life. Hey, maybe I'm a geek???
I guess I'm also thinking that maybe this blogging can help with writing a "trip report" for work. That way when I return I'll only need to focus on completing the expense report. I don't know why we need to pay for the hotel ;-(

Sounds like next time you need to carry a gas powered generator on your back for quick laptop charging.
